Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping to all supported countries:

• Greece: €5.00
• EU (Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France, Italy): €8.00
• UK & Switzerland: €10.00
• USA & Japan: €15.00

Free shipping on orders over €100.

Delivery Times

• Greece: 2–4 business days
• EU: 5–8 business days
• UK & Switzerland: 7–10 business days
• USA & Japan: 10–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@oroelia.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Unopened Products

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Contact support@oroelia.com to initiate a return.

Subscription Shipments

Subscription orders ship automatically on your billing date. The same shipping rates and return policies apply. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page.
